Bespoke
The Bespoke process is an opportunity to create formal and professional garments from scratch to fit your specific body shape and personal style. This service requires a basted fitting, which is the intermediate phase in the tailoring process where the garment is loosely sewn together with large, temporary stitches (basting stitches). This allows a master tailor to make adjustments before the final stitching is done. Our Bespoke production is typically 12-15 weeks from the date that your garments are ordered.
Custom
Our custom fitting service includes workwear and special occasion ensembles tailor-made to your style, fit, and function (suits, shirts, jeans, chinos, jackets, knitwear, and outerwear). Once we’ve taken your measurements, you can order and customize suits and shirts for regular replenishment.
The production timeline for a custom suit is typically 6 – 8 weeks from the date the order is submitted. Shirts and knitwear can be produced within 6 weeks.
Couture
For those seeking ultra-feminine tailored garments, our seasonal Couture Collection is available to women and feminine bodies. Our stylists experienced in womenswear provide an unmatched, ultra-inclusive custom experience, guiding you through each phase:
- Consultation – A discovery meeting to capture your vision and desires.
- Design Illustration – Custom design illustrations, and visual representation of the garment to be created.
- Basted Fitting – The intermediate phase in the tailoring process where you try on the loosely sewn-together garment.
- Initial Fitting – Post-production, the first time you will try on the actual finished garment.
- Final Fitting & Delivery – The process is complete, and the garment leaves the showroom with you.
Our Couture process is typically 12-15 weeks from the date that garments are ordered.
Alterations
We welcome you into our showroom for all your alteration needs.
Please book an Alterations appointment (typically 30 minutes) so we can ensure that a stylist is available to work with you. During the appointment, you will discuss all the changes you want for your garment. We will draw up an invoice, which you can expect to pay when you leave your garments.
We accept blazers, shirts, trousers, skirts, dresses, and blouses from any label (not just our own). Note that we cannot replace zippers or elastic waistbands/cuffs. Alterations typically take 3 weeks.

How many fittings will I need to come into the showroom for?
- Expect to come into the showroom a minimum of 2 times.
- Custom: Most custom suits require 1-2 fittings where you try on the finished garment. Typically requires minimal alterations. After alterations, we schedule a time for you to pick up your finished garments.
- Bespoke and Couture: 3-4 fittings. The initial fitting is a basic fitting where the garment is loosely sewn together. After the fabric is cut and finished, you try on the garment for final fittings.

Can you do a rush order?
- Rush orders are available but cannot be guaranteed and must be communicated at the time of booking. Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. There is a rush fee associated with orders that have a timeline shorter than 8 weeks.
